Summary of site:	No. 1 Debt Management operates a 'single payment plan' whereby clients pay a simple affordable amount to pay to their creditors. No. 1 Debt Management then distributes this amount to each creditor, depending on each amount owed.
Design:	The blue of this site gives it a calm and clean appeal and works well with the subject matter. Good homepage image, but go beyond the front page and it's lacking in imagery. Perhaps needs more images to give it more of a friendly feel. We found the site to be fast-loading even on a slower Internet connection.
Navigation / Usability:	The user-friendly navigation system is visible on every page and it is very easy to navigate between the various sections. There is a lot of content on this site and not many images although that doesn't seem to matter. The content appears uncluttered and is easy to read. It was very easy to find what we were looking for. This is due to the navigation system being present on every page down the left hand side.
Content:	The copy on this site is well written. You immediately know what the purpose of this site is and it has a wealth of related articles that we found to be very informative and well-researched. We also found the 'Glossary and Terms' section to be of a high standard.
